Amir Razmara is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Avenue Code, a role that underscores his leadership in the technology industry. For Amir, Avenue Hope could only be founded on education, which he views as the key tool in the pursuit of personal and professional growth and development.
Zeo Solomon is the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Avenue Code, a leading software consulting agency in the retail, banking, insurance, and automotive sectors. For Zeo, Avenue Hope is the realization of a dream focused on helping children and adolescents in situations of social vulnerability.

Located in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Avenue Hope is based in Santa Tereza, a traditional neighborhood in the capital, known for its vibrant cultural impact, marked by gastronomy and music. Despite its fame and history, like many areas in the country, the neighborhood faces high levels of social inequality and a lack of activities and services for children and adolescents in vulnerable situations.
