Avenue Hope is a secular, non-political organization dedicated to the development of children and adolescents in situations of social vulnerability. We value volunteering as a powerful tool for social transformation, capable of optimizing resources and expanding the impact of our actions. Our volunteer program offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the education, culture, and well-being of our beneficiaries, their families, and the surrounding community, while strengthening community bonds and generating positive impact.

Sheila is responsible for ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for the children and teenagers, as well as offering attentive support to their guardians.
Poliana supports the day-to-day administration of the institution, organizing documents, helping at reception and contributing to the smooth running of the secretariat.
Monique provides social services to children, adolescents and their families. Her work involves identifying needs, promoting support actions and creating links between the NGO and the community.
Maria Clara provides legal support to the NGO, helping with document analysis, legal compliance and administrative issues, ensuring that all operations are in line with current legislation.
Kátia inspires and moves our beneficiaries with dance and physical education activities, promoting health, body expression and well-being.
Jessica conducts educational activities that encourage learning and personal development, always with creativity and dedication to individual needs.
Arthur teaches English and theater in a dynamic and engaging way, broadening horizons and awakening talents in the young people served by the NGO.
Fabíola dedicates herself to planning and supervising the teaching and reception of our beneficiaries, ensuring that each educational activity is conducted with excellence and care.
Bruna leads the NGO’s strategic and operational management, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the mission of transforming lives. Her role is fundamental to the success of each project and partnership.
Zeo Solomon is the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) of Avenue Code, a leading software consulting agency in the retail, banking, insurance and automotive sectors. For Zeo, Avenue Hope is the materialization of a dream focused on helping children and adolescents in situations of social vulnerability.
Amir Razmara is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Avenue Code, a role that highlights his leadership in the technology industry.
